Внеклассное мероприятие по английскому языку: «Welcome, Spring!»

(6 класс)

Цели мероприятия:

Образовательная: расширение лексического запаса учащихся, формирование навыков

монологической речи.

Развивающая: развитие внимания, памяти, эмоциональных чувств.

Воспитательная: повышение интереса учащихся к изучению английского языка;

воспитание наблюдательности, любви к природе.

Оборудование: картины на тему «Весна», рисунки учащихся, магнитофон.

Ход мероприятия.

T.: Good afternoon, dear boys and girls!

Good afternoon, our guests!

I am glad to see you at our Party «Welcome, Spring!»

Please, listen to wonderful music by Rakhmaniov «Spring waters.»

Учитель: «Весенние воды» — одно из самых светлых, радостных сочинений не только

Рахманинова, но и всей русской музыки конца прошлого века. Музыка

показывает природу буйную, словно восторженный гимн приближающейся

весне, гимн радости, обновленной жизни. В этой музыке мы слышим, как

маленькие весенние ручейки, стекаясь вместе, превращаются в бурную реку,

ломающую остатки льда и стремительно несущуюся вперёд. «Весна идет!» это

кульминация произведения.

На сцену выходит девочка в костюме «Весны» и говорит:

I am spring. People call me the season of

hope and happiness when I come,

flowers begin to grow, green leaves

appear on the trees. Birds come from

the South and begin to build their

nests and twitter in the trees. The

air is fresh, the sky is blue. The sun shines brightly.

На сцену выходят учащиеся, рассказывают стихи.

When snowdrops bloom,

When nobody likes

To stay in the room.

P2.: This is the season

When birds make their nest,

This is the season

We all like best.

На сцену выходят «Весенние цветы»

Snowdrop: My name is Snowdrop.

I am a nice little flower in a white dress.

I am the first flower in spring.

People can see me on the places where the snow becomes water in the sun.

Violet: My name is Violet. I am a spring flower, too.

My dress is violet. I am very nice, as you see.

I come after the snowdrop, a little later, when

there is no snow in the fields, the days are longer and it is warmer.

Buttercup: My name is Buttercup. I am a little flower.

I am dressed in a nice yellow dress.

I like the sun, I like it when it’s warm.

Buttercups, buttercups,

Oh, the nicest flowers,

Coming in the springtime

To tell of sunny hours.

When the trees are leafless,

When the fields are bare,

Buttercups, buttercups,

Spring up here and there.

All are singing the song «It’s Springtime».

It’s springtime, it’s springtime,

Cold winter is past,

Warm breezes are blowing,

And May’s here at last.

The birds are returning,

Their songs you can hear,

And meadows are smiling

With Spring flowers here.

P3.: Little red bird in the tree,

Pass the happy news along,

Sing a song so cheerily,

Pass the happy news along.

P4.: Pass the happy news along,

Listen to the red bird’s song:

«Spring is coming, winter’s gone!»

P5.: March brings sunny days and winds,

So we know that spring begins.

March wind goes out to play,

He will have such fun today!

When the boys and girls come out,

He blows their caps and hats about.

P6.: April brings the primrose sweet,

We see daisies at out feet.

Учащиеся исполняют песню «Spring Rain».

Rain, rain, rain, April rain,

You are feeding seeds and grain,

You raising plants and crops

With your gaily sparkling drops.

Учитель: В декабре 1875 года петербургский издатель Н.Ф.Бернар обратился к

П.Чайковскому с предложением написать 12 фортепьянных пьес для

ежемесячного нотного журнала «Нувеллист».Пьесы должны были быть

связанны с теми месяцами по содержанию. Так и возникло одно из

поэтических и популярнейших произведений, равного которому нет в мировой

фортепианной литературе«Времена года».

А сейчас я предлагаю вам послушать одну из пьес «Апрель. Подснежники.»

Это «пьеса настроения». Маленький цветочек появился в апреле, когда еще

холодно. Хрупкий, нежный – он качается от ветра, как будто танцует, и

произведение похоже на «весенний вальс». Музыка полна неповторимым

мелодическим обаянием, задушевной грусти и радости одновременно.

В этой музыке композитор живописует картины русской природы,

вызываемые ими поэтическое настроение, чувства, душевные состояния.

Группа девочек исполняет танец «Весенний вальс».

A robin is singing, «May is here!»

Then at my feet a violet blue

Is singing, «I am blooming for you».

Учащиеся декламируют стихотворение «In the merry month of May».

Birds: In the merry month of May

All the little birds are gay.

They all hop and sing and say,

«Winter days are far away,

Welcome, welcome, merry May.»

Violets: In the merry month of May

All the violets are gay.

They all dance and sing and say,

«Winter days are far away,

Welcome, welcome, merry May.»

Children: In the merry month of May

All the children are so gay.

They all play and sing and say,

«Winter days are far away,

Welcome, welcome, merry May.»

T.: My dear friends, I’d like to offer you some riddles. Try to guess them, please.

Riddles.

1. A little old woman with twelve children: some short, some long, some hot. What is it?

(A year)

2. What is without hands and without feet, without head or body, but can open a door?

(The wind)

3. What is it that can catch me in the garden and make me wet, but cannot reach me when I am at home. (Rain)

4. What goes up when the rain comes down? (An umbrella)

5. Which month of the year is the shortest? (May. It has only three letters)
