Открытый урок по английскому языку в 6 классе по теме:“The Seasons and the Weather”


Задачи:
1) активизировать и закрепить лексику по теме,
2) повторить и отработать в речи безличные предложения,
3) развивать диалогическую и монологическую речь по теме,
4) воспитывать желание общения на английском языке, читать стихи,
5) воспитывать любовь к родине, родной природе; развивать интерес к стране изучаемого языка.

1. Оргмомент:
— Good morning children! I’m glad to see you in our class. Who is on duty today?
— What date is it today?
— What day of the week is it today?
— Who is absent today?

2.
Фонзарядка: Let’s train our tongues!
Winter, winter, winter!
The snow is falling,
The wind is blowing,
The ground is white
All day and all night!

Объявление цели и задачи урока:

— The theme of our lesson is “The Seasons and the Weather”. Do you understand? Translate, please!
Today we’ll talking about seasons and weather. People always talk about weather. If it is cold – they talk about weather, if it is hot – they talk about weather. Well, please, look out of the window!
— What is the weather like?
— What colour is the sky?
— Is it cold / snowy / sunny / …?
— What is the temperature of the air today?
— Describe today’s weather!

— What is the weather usually like in winter?
I give you papers with pictures about Winter weather. Write each
word under the correct picture. You have 3 minutes.

Контроль домашнего задания. Развитие монологической речи.
На доске 4 фото разных времен года.
— How many seasons are there in a year?
— What is this season?
— What is your favourite season?
— Why? Tell us a few words about your favourite season. It wasyour hometask. Show your projects! Who is ready? Come here!

Развитие диалогической речи.
Open your textbooks on page 90 ex. 2
Imagine that you are trevelling to G.B. Make up the dialogue.
— Let’s go to the Hyde Park.
— It’s a good idea. If the weather is fine I’ll go to the park.
— The forecast is good. I think it will be warm in the afternoon. Just have a look! It’s clearing up. It’s going to besunny.
— Oh, it sounds great! I like sunny weather and I hate when there is rain. Besides I have not got an umbrella!

Д/з:
p. 89 ex. 1(1,2). Read and translate.

Закрепление лексики:
